The surgeries of your pet

The AnimaPlus Veterinary Group carries out various surgeries in its hospitals, including biopsies, removal of lumps, abscesses, tumors, and foreign objects, orthopedic surgeries, and other specific surgeries.

All the procedures are carried out by a veterinarian assisted by an animal health technician that constantly monitors vital signs, which allows the medical team to react promptly. For increased safety, we use an oxygen meter and the Doppler scanning technique which measures the level of oxygen in the blood, blood pressure, and heart rate. Our anesthesia protocols are very safe and the anesthetic gas we use – isoflurane – is the best currently available on the market. We also inject the animal with intravenous and subcutaneous fluids to offset any possible blood loss.
