Lateness & cancellation policy

We need all the time available to love, care for and heal your pets.

If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time. In case of absence without notice, a fee of $53 will be billed..

For surgery no-shows, a fee of $131 will be charged.

If your are late for more than 10 minutes, we reserve the right to postpone the appointment to a later time or date.
