If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours ahead of time. In case of absence without notice, a fee of $53 will be billed.
For surgery no-shows, a fee of $131 will be charged.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date.
